Energidiæt
Apropos bacon er januar en måned, hvor der ikke er for megenenergi. Derfor lod jeg mig inspirere af en artikel, der talte om en kost, derskaber mental energi, hvorved koncentration og det intellektuelle niveau forbedres:sunde fedtstoffer fra fiskeolie, nødder, bær, oliven, mindre sukker og megetvand. Og som er afgørende supplement: at grine for enhver grund, da detbekæmper det stress, som slider os ned!
